Except where we have referenced our sources, gotten permission to use third party information or are relating non-copyrighted information, the information, graphics and images contained in Cuffink are the copyrighted property of Cuffink and/or third party licensors. All logos and other trademarks and service marks used on this site are owned by Cuffink.com or its affiliates, unless otherwise denoted.

Cuffink hereby grants permission to use, copy and distribute materials as presented on our website, without alteration, for non-commercial purposes only, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices appear in all copies in the same manner as the original. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. In addition, we use images that are provided to us by our vendors, which in most cases are computer renderings of the actual product. While these computer renderings provide a good representation of the actual product, they may look considerably different then the actual product in real life.

We provide the measurement of our products based on the information that our vendor’s have provided. We have not verified the Slight tolerances that may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.

Cuffink does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cuffink is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its unused condition.

PRICING

While we aim to ensure that all prices, and pictorial and textual specifications are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as practicable. If the error is to your detriment, we will give you the option of confirming your order at the revised terms or cancelling it partially or completely.

If the error is to your benefit, we will have the option, in our complete discretion, of cancelling your order, completely or in part for the items concerned. If we are unable to contact you or you do not respond, we will cancel your order.

SALES TAX

If Cuffink is not required to collect sales tax on your purchase, you may be required to pay taxes directly to the state or your local tax authority. For more information we recommend that you consult with your tax advisor.

Quality and Availability

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We therefore operate thorough Quality Control and checking procedures prior to dispatching your goods.

Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as practicable, giving you the option of delivery of the available items, or cancellation of all or part of your order.

The Cuffink website site contains links to other Internet websites (“Third-party Sites”) that are not maintained by Cuffink. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Cuffink makes no warranties or representations about the content of, any products or services offered by, or the intellectual property compliance of, such Third-party Sites. YOUR ORDER

Cuffink reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer’s sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds that we have collected in reference to the canceled products and/or services.

If you have received financing through our financing partner to pay for part or all of your products or services and the finance company notifies us that you have failed to make a scheduled payment before we have delivered any products or services to you then the delivery of the products or services will be put on hold until the finance company has notified Cuffink that they have resolved the issue. If the finance company notifies Cuffink that they have terminated the Loan Agreement with you then Cuffink will place the delivery of the products or services on hold for up to two weeks and will not remove the hold until you can pay for the products or services in full. If you fail to pay for your products or services in full then Cuffink reserves the right to cancel products or services to you.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Cuffink reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. All items purchased from Cuffink are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy for more details.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION IDENTIFICATION

When you visit the Cuffink website, you may see messages tailored to your specific state or city. We are able to identify your general geographic location using a system that recognizes and pinpoints the location of publicly routed IP addresses – the unique numbers that a computer uses to communicate with other devices on computer networks. Though we can identify your geographic location, we do not receive your personal information unless you choose to furnish it through the course of conducting e-commerce with Cuffink.

Notices

We confirm transactions, dispatches, etc. and send all other notices by email to the email address that you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide are correct, and that your mailbox will accept messages from us. We are not responsible for the delay or loss of messages due to filtering technology, resource limits or issues with your ISP or email software. Our copy of an email sent to you will be “proof” of delivery of the message.
